The use of gas safety valve precautions
1. In order to prevent the spring inside the safety valve from being blocked by oil, or from being corroded, or the gas discharge pipe from being blocked, the safety valve should always be kept clean, and the reed seal should always be checked to see whether it is well closed. Ensure that the safety valve hammer does not cause problems, and cannot be loosened or moved.
2. If the safety valve is found to leak, it must be replaced or repaired in time. Do not increase the load to prevent leakage, avoid the adjustment screw of the spring type safety valve to be too tight, or hang heavy objects on the lever of the lever type safety valve.
3. Regularly check the safety valve for leakage, blockage, spring corrosion and other abnormal conditions in the work. If problems are found, observe whether the locking nut of the adjusting screw sleeve and the adjusting ring tightening screw is loose, and take appropriate measures in time.
